14 Day Returns

If your order has arrived damaged in any way, we have a 14 day return policy please let us know within 14 days of delivery, by using the website message system or sales@protonscientific.co.uk to let us know the specific details and if you would like a refund or replacement item. We will then inform you of how to proceed with the return.

If you wish to return an item or order because you have made a mistake or ordered the wrong item. Then please ensure that you return the item or items in the same brand new, original and unused condition as when you received them. Thank You.
